L-tryptófan kornótt is a white to off-white granule produced by HSF microencapsulation process. L-tryptophan is one of the 8 essential amino acids required by humans and animals. It cannot be synthesized by itself, so humans and animals can only ingest it through food. L-tryptophan, also known as the second essential amino acid, is widely used in medical, food, feed additives and agricultural environmental testing industries.
